This strain produces ales with a full chewy malt flavor and character, but finishes dry, producing famously balanced beers.

Expect moderate nutty and stone-fruit esters. Best used for the production of cask-conditioned bitters, ESB and mild ales.

Reliably flocculent, producing bright beer without filtration.

Dosage One pack is enough yeast slurry for 19 / 20 liters. The activator pack in the bag "jump starts" the yeast slurry when you smack it. The whole pack will now swell.

Q: Can I buy directly from you at a store?
A: We´re solely an e-commerce shop but you can chose to pick up your order at our storage. Q: When are my order delivered?
A: We usually ship an order within 1-2 business days from our warehouse. If you are in a hurry, choose MM-Express at checkout, then we will send you your order on the same business day if you  have placed your order before 10 a clock CET. We ship our goods with Bring where the shipping time is usually expected to take between 1-2 business days, depending on the options + your order's delivery terms.

The name Wyeast means a lot to our region, because it's the Native American name for Mt. Hood. According to legend, there was an epic battle between two brothers, Wyeast and Klickitat, over the beautiful Loowit. The struggle was so fierce that the Great Spirit transformed them all into mountains. Klickitat became Mt. Adams, Loowit became Mount St. Helens, and Wyeast became Mt. Hood. This region is rich in craft beverage and fermentation culture, and home to some of the best breweries in the world. Since 1986 Wyeast Laboratories in Hood River, Oregon, USA has been leading the way by providing premium fermentation products.
