Write a review, click HERE!K.22 Stalljen kveik comes from Stig Seljeset in Hornindal, Norway. K.22 Stalljen ferments well from 8°C up to 38°C. This makes it ideal for situations where no temperature control is available.
At an optimal temperature of 31–35°C, you can expect fermentation to take up to 72 hours. When fermenting at lower temperatures, you can expect the fermentation time to increase.
TAST PROFILE: Fruity notes with tropical fruit, mango and pineapple, as well as lighter notes of orange and lemon. The intensity is medium at high fermentation temperatures, and at lower temperatures it becomes less intense.
