MALT EXTRACT
Malt extracts have a variety of uses in both beer brewing, baking and cooking. When brewing beer, you can use malt extract for pure extract brewing, or to increase OG of your wort in all grain brewing. Malt extract is also used for making yeast starters.
DRIED MALT EXTRACT | DME
Also called spray malt. It is a fine malt powder where almost all moisture has been removed.
LIQUID MALT EXTRACT | LME
This is malt syrup. The wort has been heated to reduce the liquid until it has turned into a syrup.
