K.14 Eitrheim have a flavor and aroma primarily derive from apricot and peach, with secondary notes of orange and pineapple. At an optimal temperature of 31–35°C, you can expect fermentation to take up to 72 hours.

Write a review, click HERE!K.14 Eitrheim comes from Reidar Eitrheim from Tokheim in Norway. Voss kveik is unique in taste and aroma and ferments well from 15°C up to 38°C. This makes it ideal for situations where no temperature control is available.
When fermenting at the higher temperatures, you can expect the beer to ferment in 48 hours! When fermenting at lower temperatures, you can expect the fermentation time to increase.
TASTING PROFILE: Fruity notes with apricot and peach and secondary notes of orange and pineapple. The intensity is medium at high fermentation temperatures, and at lower temperatures it becomes less intense.
