Why limit yourself to just a couple of different citrus fruits when there are plenty of alternatives. Swedish apples are fantastic. They have good quality and a wide variety, they are fresh, fruity, sour, spicy and floral depending on the variety.
Do you batch drinks at the bar for easier serving? Then we can tell you that unlike lemon juice, acid retains the acidity in the drink batch even when stored for longer periods.
Taste notes:

A: We´re solely an e-commerce shop but you can chose to pick up your order at our storage. If you´re curious about a specific product or if you want a tour of MM, please contact veronica@maltmagnus.se to book a time or to get more info. Q: When are my order delivered?
A: We usually ship an order within 1-2 business days from our warehouse. If you are in a hurry, choose MM-Express at checkout, then we will send you your order on the same business day if you have placed your order before 10 a clock CET. We ship our goods with Bring where the shipping time is usually expected to take between 1-2 business days, depending on the options + your order's delivery terms.
Background & History
Sandberg Drinks Lab started in the fall of 2018 as an extension of many years as a bartender on Stockholm's cocktail scene. I helped start up Pharmarium in Old town Stockholm in 2013 and ran the place with different people in fantastic teams. When I became a father, I wanted to continue being creative with flavors and drinks.
Drink lab had to become the daytime version in an alcohol-free format. The building blocks of the business are an exciting range of handcrafted acids, cordials, bitters and tonics. With odd flavor combinations in fine harmony, the products are widely used in nerdy cocktail bars and at the homes of people interested in drinks all over Sweden.
