Write a review, click HERE!Endozym Protease GF is used to reduce the gluten content of beer to below 20 ppm, which is the limit for gluten-free. It is also reducing so called chill haze. Endozym Protease GF has a very effective capacity in degradation of proteins, including gluten.
DOSAGE: 2-6 g/hL (100 liter) is added to cold wort during the transfer to the fermentation tank.
The beer needs to be tested at a laboratory to prove that is below the limt of glutenfree beer (20 ppm)
