Northern Brewer is a classic hop often used as bittering hop in many English ales, but can be used as an aroma hop aswell. Northern Brewer gives a moderate bitterness and as a aroma hop a taste of pine with mint tones. Northern Brewer is the signature hop in California Common and often used in Bitter, Porter, Lager etc.
Typical values:
- Beta Acid: 3.5%-5%
- Cohumulone: 28%-33%
- Myrcene: 30%-35%
- Humulene: 25%-30%
- Caryophyllene: 8%-10%
- Farnesene: 0%-1%
- Total oils: 1.6- 2.1 ml/100 grams

A: We´re solely an e-commerce shop but you can chose to pick up your order at our storage. Q: When are my order delivered?
A: We usually ship an order within 1-2 business days from our warehouse. If you are in a hurry, choose MM-Express at checkout, then we will send you your order on the same business day if you have placed your order before 10 a clock CET. We ship our goods with Bring where the shipping time is usually expected to take between 1-2 business days, depending on the options + your order's delivery terms.
