Write a review, click HERE!Njól is Old Norse for darkness, and it was precisely our dark winter months that inspired us to create this drink that reflects the character of a fuller red wine. At Christmas, our dark berries are joined by wild herbs and flowers from the forest and land. It gives a full-bodied character with soft tannins and a round herbaceousness. Njól is therefore well suited to tasty game dishes, root vegetables, to grilled food but also as a companion drink.
Flavor profile:
Spicy and juicy. Big body and full character with a soft tannin structure as a finish.

A: We´re solely an e-commerce shop but you can chose to pick up your order at our storage. A: We usually ship an order within 1-2 business days from our warehouse. If you are in a hurry, choose MM-Express at checkout, then we will send you your order on the same business day if you have placed your order before 10 a clock CET. We ship our goods with Bring where the shipping time is usually expected to take between 1-2 business days, depending on the options + your order's delivery terms.
