Write a review, click HERE!Sigmund Kveik Ale Yeast is a single strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae isolated from a sample of kveik shared by Sigmund Gjernes from Voss, Norway.
Traditionally used in the production of Norwegian Farmhouse Ale, this strain is a fast fermenter with good attenuation, a light earthy spiciness and unique ester profile of orange peel.
This yeast will exhibit a slightly more restrained ester profile and ferment a little slower at cooler fermentation temperatures, and quickly produce a drier beer with a slightly more pronounced ester profile at warmer fermentation temperatures.

When fermenting below 16 degrees or at an OG of over 1,075, pre-culture or double the amount of yeast is recommended.

A: We´re solely an e-commerce shop but you can chose to pick up your order at our storage. Q: When are my order delivered?
A: We usually ship an order within 1-2 business days from our warehouse. If you are in a hurry, choose MM-Express at checkout, then we will send you your order on the same business day if you have placed your order before 10 a clock CET. We ship our goods with Bring where the shipping time is usually expected to take between 1-2 business days, depending on the options + your order's delivery terms.
