Alora, previously known as HS17701, is a brand new aroma hop from Hopsteiner with a completely unique composition of oils. Unlike most hop varieties Alora contains over 50% Selinene which is rarely found in hops. Selinene is a low-volatility compound that gives a distinctive citrus character directly to the finished beer and can be found in fruits such as Calamondin oranges and Yuzu. In addition to this, Alora also contains 5 times more 3MH thiols than Cascade. 3MH thiols are responsible for giving tropical fruit, passion fruit and citrus aroma/flavor.
In addition to Alora's distinct oil and thiol profile, it is also one of the most carbon-friendly hops grown to date.
Alora can be used at any time in the boil and when dry hopping. Alora is suitable for all versions of IPA and Pale ale but has also performed very well in everything from lagers and golden ales to farmhouse.

A: We´re solely an e-commerce shop but you can chose to pick up your order at our storage. Q: When are my order delivered?
A: We usually ship an order within 1-2 business days from our warehouse. If you are in a hurry, choose MM-Express at checkout, then we will send you your order on the same business day if you have placed your order before 10 a clock CET. We ship our goods with Bring where the shipping time is usually expected to take between 1-2 business days, depending on the options + your order's delivery terms.
