FEATURES
OLED digital display
The OLED display simplifies calibration and allows real-time monitoring of filling speed, cycles, purge time, and fill height. You can also make on-the-fly adjustments during filling.
Integrated ball lock connectors
The integrated ball lock connectors allow you to quickly attach your beer and gas ball lock disconnects. We recommend the use of the Duotight Ball Lock Disconnects (Gas and Liquid) to connected to these input and outputs.
Integrated pinch valve
The pinch valve enables easy removal of the beer line for cleaning, allowing the stainless tube, silicone hose, and carbonation cap/ ball lock disconnect to be fully detached for cleaning in dishwasher or sink. It also ensures reliable operation by preventing clogging from particles like hops (no need for pre-filtration) and provides smooth flow to reduce foaming.
Integrated regulator
Unlike other fillers that need external regulators, this unit has a built-in regulator, preventing damage from high-pressure gas sources and eliminating the need for external adjustments. Set it once, and you're good to go.
Multi-purpose design
With adjustable height, this filler works with bottles up to 30 cm and cans up to 27 cm. It can fill a variety of vessels, from wine bottles to beer cans, jars, and glasses (min. neck diameter: 15 mm)
Fill profiles
Save your filling profiles for different vessels, like 300 ml cans or 750 ml wine bottles. Use the pre-saved presets or create your own custom profiles with different purge times and fill heights. Sync your profiles with the RAPT.io portal to share or deploy across multiple devices.
RAPT.io connected (via Wi-Fi)
Connects to Wi-Fi to track metrics like Cans Per Minute (CPM), fill speed, and temperature (with an external probe). Usage logs help monitor performance, and the portal allows for easy profile updates and tracking of fill days and processed batches.
Low DO (dissolved oxygen) pickup
The quality and shelf life of your beverage largely depend on how effectively you protect it from oxygen exposure. This filler removes oxygen from the vessel, significantly reducing the amount of dissolved oxygen.

A: We´re solely an e-commerce shop but you can chose to pick up your order at our storage. A: We usually ship an order within 1-2 business days from our warehouse. If you are in a hurry, choose MM-Express at checkout, then we will send you your order on the same business day if you have placed your order before 10 a clock CET. We ship our goods with Bring where the shipping time is usually expected to take between 1-2 business days, depending on the options + your order's delivery terms.
