Ordering and paying the return shipping cost when you want to return a product and buy the return shipping from MaltMagnus.
If you are unsure if your product or order can be returned and or refunded, always contact us first before returning, either by replying to the order confirmation email you received when you made your purchase or by sending an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do acc. following:
- Fill in the return form that you find together with your order confirmation that was sent out at the time of purchase to your e-mail address. If you do not have a printer available, we ask you to write down all information according to the return form on a plain piece of paper and attach this with your return.
- Select shipping option "Collect at MaltMagnus Storage" at checkout when ordering this return shipping to avoid double charging of shipping costs
- Write in the message box which order number it is that you wish to return.
Please note that the right of withdrawal / right of return does not apply and returns cannot be made on the following types of goods:
- Foods such as malt, yeast, hops, extracts, sugar, salt or similar products.
- Items in the category SALE.
- Ordered goods or goods that have been manufactured or specially ordered specifically for an individual customer.
- Single issues of magazines.
- If the seal has been broken on technical equipment.
- License keys for computer programs.
When your return is approved by us, you will receive a QR code by e-mail or SMS which you then use to hand in your return package at the Service Point.

Q: Can I buy directly from you at a store?
A: We´re solely an e-commerce shop but you can chose to pick up your order at our storage. If you´re curious about a specific product or if you want a tour of MM, please contact email@example.com to book a time or to get more info. Our staff are homebrewers themselfs and use the products in our sortiment.
Q: How fast can I get an answer?
A: Fast! We have our phone hours workdays between 07.00-15.00 Phone: +4619-18 97 90. You can send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also DM us at our Social Media to get a quick response: Facebook or Instagram.
Q: When are my order delivered?
A: We usually ship an order within 1-2 business days from our warehouse. If you are in a hurry, choose MM-Express at checkout, then we will send you your order on the same business day if you have placed your order before 10 a clock CET. We ship our goods with Bring where the shipping time is usually expected to take between 1-2 business days, depending on the options + your order's delivery terms.
