At BESTMALZ, traditional malt craftmanship meets state-of-the-art technology for the highest quality malt in the family-run company since 1899.
They use controlled germination without chemical additives in accordance with German Purity Laws. The malt undergoes several analyzes and lab tests.
After bagging, every 50th malt bag is opened by hand, inspected and sewn shut again, bearing the personalized control card of the examining inspector in their quality assurance department. In other words - German quality and precision!
