HOPS
MaltMagnus imports hops and vacuum seals them in special bags that protects the hops from oxygen and light. These bags also preserve the aroma of the hops very well. The hops is then stored at +4°C. Leaf hops is the natural state of hops and pellets is pulverized leaf hops pressed together. Our pellets is Type 90. Cryo (Lupulin or LupuLN2) consist of lupulin powder that has been separated from the vegetative matter of hops and is about 50% more effective than hop pellets. Each bag is marked with a "Best Before" date of 3 years from harvest.
