D-45 is a rich translucent amber syrup. We've tested it in Chimay clone's and Belgian Brown Ale's.
The unmistakable toffee, vanilla, and toasted flavors that are magically created from raw beet sugar are what make D-45 Candi Syrup uniquely aromatic and delicious. Exceedingly good in Brown Ales or medium Golden Ale's that require an aromatic nose and subtle flavor.

A: We usually ship an order within 1-2 business days from our warehouse. If you are in a hurry, choose MM-Express at checkout, then we will send you your order on the same business day if you have placed your order before 10 a clock CET. We ship our goods with Bring where the shipping time is usually expected to take between 1-2 business days, depending on the options + your order's delivery terms.
In 2009 a small group of professionals formed a partnership to research the simple but comlpex flavors of the various European style candi syrups. We purchased candi syrups from domestic imports here in the US and directly from around the world. Belgian, Dutch, and US imports served as the basis for our initial testing. Our intent at the beginning was to find a means to create a consistent and reliable source for the very best of this old world traditional brewing elixir. What we discovered during this project was nothing short of remarkable. Over a period of two years we were not only able to craft the exacting recipes to replicate these syrups we were able to far exceed them in flavor and performance using only natural ingredients. A great many process discoveries were realized by our team which represented the food industry, engineering sector, formal analytical industry, and support from the multiple sugar producing and processing associations, all of which were uniquely indispensable in our goals. One of the great advantages of having a US firm specializing in the manufacture of premium candi syrup is consistent availability and a superior quality that is now recognized also in Europe. With the recognition and support of US Brewers we now have a means to assure that craft and home brewers in North America will have a product to propel craft brewing to new heights in international competitions.
