This leads to higher enzyme activity in the mash and thus to a higher yield as well as better flavor stability. The colors of the worts become brighter and the aroma of the beer more balanced. The amount used and its effect on the pH shift in the mash should be determined by preliminary tests. The pH value of the wort and beer is not usually reduced, as more buffer substances are also formed as a result of the improved mass transfer.

A: We usually ship an order within 1-2 business days from our warehouse. If you are in a hurry, choose MM-Express at checkout, then we will send you your order on the same business day if you have placed your order before 10 a clock CET. We ship our goods with Bring where the shipping time is usually expected to take between 1-2 business days, depending on the options + your order's delivery terms.
